The customer’s experience is front and center of what we do at ASB. As an experience designer at ASB, you’ll have the opportunity to create impactful and delightful experiences for our customers.
What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with leadership, product management and customers to understand what problems they’re trying to solve, who the users are, and what the best approaches to solving the identified problems are.
You’ll lead working sessions to take knowledge from above and convert them into wireframes and ultimately high fidelity prototypes that can be used to validate the current approach
You’ll iterate these prototypes with the customers and the rest of the product and leadership teams until we’ve arrived at a problem solution fit.
You’ll equip the rest of the engineering team with everything needed to implement your interfaces and you’ll collaborate closely to ensure that the implementation is pixel perfect.
What’s required
You’re comfortable with tools like Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Figma and have used them in the past to create experiences whether professionally or personally.
You have a deep passion for modern digital experiences and are constantly reviewing products to learn about new types of experiences.
You have a sense of responsibility to our customers. You hold yourself accountable to delivering quality work on time. You don’t need to be micromanaged.
